
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain contact lists ( Customer Relationship Manager )
- Research certain topics relating to the industry
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Be able to write emails and type proficiently
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Conduct data entry
- Secretarial duties
- Be very knowledgeable in social media platforms โ LinkedIn , Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
- Previous administrative experience
- Polite telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Uses initiative

- Hold a UK driving license
